98 Penalty on undertakers failing to keep or deposit such copies. U.K.

If the undertakers fail to keep or deposit, as herein-before mentioned any of the said copies of the special Act, they shall forfeit [F1 level 2 on the standard scale] for every such offence, and also five pounds for every day afterwards during which such copy shall be not so kept or deposited.
