The rental, list, and inventory lodged with the accountant in terms of this Act by any tutor or curator as aforesaid shall be held as equivalent to the tutorial or curatorial inventory directed to be given up by the Tutors and Curators Act 1672; and the report of any additional funds or property belonging to the pupil or [F2person suffering from mental disorder within the meaning of the M1Mental Health (Scotland) Act, 1960], in terms of this Act, shall be held as equivalent to an eik to a tutorial or curatorial inventory in terms of the said recited Act which is hereby repealed, in so far as may be necessary to give effect to these enactments, but no farther.]
