The Court may by act of sederunt make provision for the discharge of factors, [F2tutors and curators] by means other than the presentation of a petition under section 34 of this Act where the factory, [F2tutory or curatory] is terminated by reason of the [F3coming to an end of the situation giving rise to it], or by reason of the exhaustion of the estate.]
