2. I. Commissioners of Works and Public Buildings incorporated for the Purpose of holding Lands, &c. under this Act.

8. VII. Registry of Documents in Chancery in Scotland not necessary ; but Entry of Memorandum of Deed in Chancery to be sufficient.
