55 Cannon, &c. not to be fired near dwelling houses.U.K.

No person, other than persons acting in obedience to lawful authority, shall discharge any cannon or other fire-arm of greater calibre than a common fowling-piece within three hundred yards of any dwelling house within the said district to the annoyance of any inhabitant thereof; and every person who, after being warned of the annoyance by any inhabitant, shall discharge any such fire-arm, shall be liable to a penalty not more than [F1level 1 on the standard scale].
