12 Preferences regulated by date of [F1registering or] recording transfer.U.K.
All such leases executed after the passing of this Act, and all assignations [F2of any such lease registered or recorded as aforesaid], assignations in security of any such lease recorded as aforesaid, and translations thereof, and all adjudications of such leases [F3registered or] recorded as aforesaid, or assignations in security, shall in competition be preferable according to their dates of [F4registering or] recording.
