So much of the tenth section of the M1Lands Clauses Consolidation Act, 1845, as provides that, save in the case of lands of which any person is seised in fee or entitled to dispose absolutely for their own benefit, the consideration to be paid for any lands, or for any damage done thereto, shall be in a gross sum, is hereby repealed.
