21 Contents of report. U.K.
[F1The Commissioners in such annual report shall set forth in full every scheme certified by them during the year to which the report relates, and shall state the grounds of their approval thereof, and the objections, if any, made thereto and over-ruled, and all proceedings had in respect of those objections, and the grounds on which they were over-ruled.]
