8 Exception of Court of Chancery, etc.E+W+N.I.
Except as aforesaid, nothing in this Act contained shall affect any sale of land made under or by virtue of any order of the High Court of Chancery in England, of the High Court of Chancery in Ireland, or of the Landed Estates Court there, or of the Court of Chancery in the County Palatine of Lancaster, or of any county or other court having jurisdiction in equity.
