Sale of Gunpowder U.K.

31 Penalty for sale of gunpowder to children. U.K.

Gunpowder shall not be sold to [F1 any person apparently under the age of sixteen] years; and any person selling gunpowder in contravention of this section [F2 shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale]
