The provisions of section one hundred and five of the M1Inclosure Act 1845, relating to the validity after confirmation of an award of inclosure of the exchanges, and partitions set forth in such award, shall apply to orders of exchange partition and division of intermixed lands carried into effect in pursuance of the Inclosure Acts 1845 to 1868, by separate orders, and not included in an award of Inclosure.
