And be it M1enacted, That in every Cathedral Church in which any Canonry or Canonries is or are or shall be suspended, a Majority of the existing Members of Chapter, including or not including the Dean, according as his Presence may or may not be by Law required, shall at all Times be a sufficient Number of Canons for constituting a Chapter.
