The statement of the septennial average price referring to the imperial bushel published under this Act in the London Gazette shall be substituted for the advertisement referred to in such portion of the Act of the session of the sixth and seventh years of the reign of King William the Fourth, chapter seventy-one, intituled " An Act for the Commutation of Tithes in England and Wales, " as is repealed by this Act, and shall be deemed for the purposes of the Acts relating to the commutation of tithes to be an advertisement of the average price published under the said Act.
