17Recovery of fines
[42 & 43 Vict. c. 49, &c.] Any fine under this Act may be recovered in manner provided by the Summary Jurisdiction (England) Acts, and shall be paid into Her Majesty's Exchequer in such manner as the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury may direct.
