26Definitions
In this Act, unless the context otherwise require:
The expression " Treasury " means the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury.
The expression " National Debt Commissioners " means the Commissioners for the reduction of the National Debt.
The expression " financial year " means the twelve months ending on the thirty-first day of March.
