11 Definition. U.K.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—

• “Oath” includes affirmation and declaration:

• “Affidavit” includes affirmation, statutory or other declaration, acknowledgement, examination, and attestation or protestation of honour:

• “Swear” includes affirm, declare, and protest.
