An Act to consolidate and amend certain enactments relating to the acquisition of land for military purposes.
All volunteer corps transferred to Territorial Force (renamed Territorial Army and now known as Territorial and Army Volunteer Reserve): Territorial and Reserve Forces Act 1907 (c. 9), ss. 6, Orders in Council under s. 29(1), Territorial Army and Militia Act 1921 (c. 37), s. 1
The provisions of this Act as to the acquisition of land by or on behalf of volunteer corps applied with modifications to County Associations (now known as Territorial Auxiliary and Volunteer Reserve Associations) by Territorial Army (Military Lands) Regulations 1964: and Orders by Defence Council thereunder
