[I.] The Council of His Royal Highness empowered to sell Lands, &c.U.K.
It shall be lawful for the Council of His said Royal Highness Albert Edward Duke of Cornwall, and they are hereby authorized and empowered, at any Time or Times during the Minority of His said Royal Highness, to make sale and dispose of to any Person, for such Price or Consideration in Money as to the said Council shall appear sufficient, any Part or Parts of the Lands or Possessions of the said Duchy of Cornwall, and for that Purpose to enter into and make, or authorize to be entered into and made, all such Contracts or Agreements as to the said Council shall seem proper.
