And be it enacted, That it shall be lawful for any Body Politic, Corporate, or Collegiate having any Estate or Interest in any Hereditaments which may be subject to any Rent, or any Manorial, Forestal, or other Rights hereby authorized to be sold, to contract for and purchase such Rent, or such Manorial, Forestal, or other Rights, the Statutes of Mortmain, or any other Act or Law, to the contrary notwithstanding.
