This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
And be it enacted, That it shall be lawful for the Council of His said Royal Highness to receive or pay any Sum of Money for equalizing any Exchange to be made under the Authority of this Act; and all Sums of Money which shall have been agreed to be received on the Part of His said Royal Highness for Equality of Exchange shall be paid into the Bank of England, or to the Receiver General of the said Duchy, or other Receiver or Agent to be appointed as aforesaid, in the same Manner as herein-before directed with regard to Purchase Monies on any Sales by the said Council.
