This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
XIXPayments to be made by Drafts on the Bank of England, and such Drafts to be an Authority to the Bank.
And be it enacted, That all Payments out of the Monies which shall have been paid into the Bank of England to the Account of the Duke of Cornwall, under the Authority of this Act, shall be made by Drafts under the Hands of any Three or more Members of he Council of His said Royal Highness ; and Drafts so drawn, and such only, shall be sufficient Authority to the Governor and Company of the Bank of England to pay the Amounts thereof to the Persons mentioned in such Drafts, or to the Bearers of them.
