XXIXnor to see to the Application of the Purchase Money.
And be it enacted, That no Person paying any Sum of Money under the Authority or supposed Authority of this Act, or in pursuance of or purporting to be in pursuance of any Provision herein contained, shall be bound to see to the Application or be answerable for the Misapplication or Nonapplication of the Money so paid.
