For the purposes of subsection (1) of Section 3 of the Principal Act, His Majesty's Stationery Office shall from time to time publish a list to be known as the “Statutory Instrument Issue List”, showing the serial number and short title of each statutory instrument which has been issued for the first time by that Office during the period to which that list relates, and the date on which each such instrument was so issued.
