18. The Town and Country Planning (Churches, Places of Religious Worship and Burial Grounds) Regulations, 1948 (1)are hereby revoked but without prejudice to any conditions imposed or any consent, certificate or direction given thereunder, and so that where any notice has been published or any submission has been required thereunder, those Regulations shall continue in force and have effect in relation to the matters referred to in such notice or requirement.
