The Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in him by Sections 1, 20, 45 and 84 of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1950, (as extended by the Diseases of Animals (Extension of Definition of Poultry) Order, 19531, and of every other power enabling him in this behalf, hereby orders as follows:—
