The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Whereas Her Majesty is satisfied that the legislatures of the countries and territories specified in Schedule 1 hereto have made adequate provision for the recognition of Probates and Letters of Administration granted by courts within the United Kingdom:
Now, therefore, Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers by the Colonial Probates Act 1892, the Colonial Probates (Protected States and Mandated Territories) Act 1927, the Foreign Jurisdiction Acts 1890 and 1913(1) or otherwise in Her Majesty is vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
53 & 54 Vict. c. 37 and 3 & 4 Geo. 5. c. 16.
