SCHEDULE 1Modification of Instruments

In the Order of the Local Government Board dated 19th September 1900 making regulations as to the notification of plague as an infectious disease1—
(a)
in regulation I for the words “and in the Administrative County of London every Sanitary Authority for the execution of the Public Health (London) Act, 1891”
there shall be substituted the words “and the council of a London borough, the Common Council of the City of London or the Sub-Treasurer of the Inner Temple or Under-Treasurer of the Middle Temple”
; and
(b)
in regulation II the words “which is situate without the Administrative County of London”
and the second paragraph shall be omitted.
