Saving for extensions of service
17. Any extension of service under section 7(1) of the Local Government Superannuation Act 1937 effective on 1st April 1965 in relation to an officer transferred by or under articles 5 to 8, 12 or 14 shall continue to have effect an if it had been made by the authority to whose employment he is transferred an aforesaid.
