OVERSEAS SERVICE

These Regulations provide for pensions and other benefits, on a contributory basis, for officers from the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland (and their dependents) who have been employed in an overseas territory in public or social service under a government or other authority approved for the purpose by the Minister of Overseas Development.
