A person may act as attorney for the purposes of a meeting under the Act by virtue of any power of attorney of which the terms are sufficient to include such purposes. The power of attorney shall be produced to the Chairman at the meeting, and, if so required by the Minister, a copy thereof shall be delivered or sent to the Minister.
