The validity of anything done by the Authority or the Executive or any committee thereof shall not be affected by any vacancy in their membership or by any defect in the appointment, or the qualification for appointment, of the Chairman of the Authority or the Director General of the Executive or of any other member of the Authority or the Executive, or of any member of any such committee.
