SCHEDULE 2 CONSTITUENT COUNCILS ENTITLED TO APPOINT MEMBERS OF THE AUTHORITY

PART III Provisions for the appointment of additional members by certain councils in rotation

1.  The councils of the county boroughs of Gateshead, South Shields and Tynemouth shall each appoint a member of the Authority in accordance with the following provisions of this Part of this Schedule.
