The London Government Order 1970

The Minister of Housing and Local Government, in exercise of his powers under section 84 of the London Government Act 1963 and as regards article 9 of this order under that section as extended by section 35 of the Administration of Justice Act 1964, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order—
