These Regulations shall apply in the case of an alien who has a limited leave to enter or remain in the United Kingdom which is for the time being subject to a condition requiring him to register with the police and in the case of an alien who, by virtue of section 34 of the Act or paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 thereto, is treated as having such a limited leave.
