SCHEDULE Judicial pensions, together with tables giving multipliers for determining the amount to which pensions may be increased

5.  A pension payable under—

(a) section 19 of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Ireland) Act 1877 (higher judiciary in Northern Ireland); or

(b) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person in an office in which that person became or might have become eligible for a pension specified in sub-paragraph (a) above.
