This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Petty Sessional Divisions etc.) Order 1973 and (with the exception of Articles 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 which shall come into operation on 1st October 1973) shall come into operation on 1st April 1974.

This Order does not extend to Greater London.
