The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State, acting jointly in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) (as read with section 36(1) and 85(1) of the Diseases of Animals Act 1950 and now vested in them1 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order as follows:—
