20. The Town and Country Planning (Compensation and Certificates) Regulations 1963(1) are hereby revoked, but without prejudice to any claim, application, proposal or objection made in accordance with such regulations, which shall have effect as if made and be determined under and in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.
