(iv) Name and address of estate owner whose estate is affected. | |
(v) County and district in which land charged is situated together with short description identifying land so far as practicable. | |
(vi) In the case of a land charge of Class F, details of any order made under section 2(2) of the Matrimonial Homes Act 1967. | |
(vii) Official reference number of priority notice (if any) pursuant to which application is expressed to be made. | |
2. REGISTER OF PENDING ACTIONS | (a) Pending land actions— |

(ii) Nature of action or proceeding. | |
(iii) Court in which and day on which action or proceeding was commenced or filed and title of action or proceeding. | |

(b) Petitions in bankruptcy— | |

(ii) Court in which and day on which petition was filed. | |
(iii) Name, address and description of debtor, and, in case of debtor firm, of each partner. | |
3. REGISTER OF WRITS AND ORDERS | (a) Writs and orders other than receiving orders in bankruptcy— |
