7. Notwithstanding anything in rule 6 of the Rules of the Supreme Court (Amendment No. 2) 1974(1) the provisions of Order 98 in force immediately before the coming into operation of those Rules shall apply in relation to an audit under Part X of the Local Government Act 1933, whether or not it was completed before 1st April 1974.
