SCHEDULECOUNTRIES AND TERRITORIES DESIGNATED AS RECIPROCATING COUNTRIES

BarbadosMaintenance orders generally.
Bermuda Maintenance orders generally.
Ghana

Maintenance orders other than—

(a) affiliation orders, and

(b) maintenance orders of the description contained in paragraph (b) of the definition of “maintenance order” in the said section 21(1).

India

Maintenance orders other than—

(a) affiliation orders;

(b) maintenance orders of the description contained in paragraph (b) of the definition of “maintenance order” in the said section 21(1); and

(c) orders obtained by or in favour of a public authority.

Kenya

Maintenance orders other than—

(a) affiliation orders, and

(b) maintenance orders of the description contained in paragraph (b) of the definition of “maintenance order”, in the said section 21(1).

MaltaMaintenance orders generally.
New Brunswick

Maintenance orders other than—

(a) affiliation orders;

(b) maintenance orders of the description contained in paragraph (b) of the definition of “maintenance order” in the said section 21(1); and

(c) orders obtained by or in favour of a public authority.

Northwest Territories of Canada

Maintenance orders other than—

(a) affiliation orders;

(b) maintenance orders of the description contained in paragraph (b) of the definition of “maintenance order” in the said section 21(1); and

(c) orders obtained by or in favour of a public authority.

The Republic of South Africa

Maintenance orders other than—

(a) affiliation orders, and

(b) maintenance orders of the description contained in paragraph (b) of the definition of “maintenance order” in the said section 21(1).
