The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 7 of the Trade Union (Amalgamations, etc.) Act 1964 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and as respects Regulation 11 with the approval of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
