13. A husband or wife [F1or civil partner] shall not be disqualified for receiving any increase (where payable) of benefit in respect of his or her spouse [F2or civil partner] by reason of the spouse's [F3or civil partner's] being absent from Great Britain, provided that the spouse [F2or civil partner] is residing with [F4the husband, wife or civil partner], as the case may be.
