A husband or wife F1or civil partner shall not be disqualified for receiving any increase (where payable) of benefit in respect of his or her spouse F2or civil partner by reason of the spouse's F3or civil partner's being absent from Great Britain, provided that the spouse F2or civil partner is residing with F4the husband, wife or civil partner, as the case may be.
