Modification of right to elect to be treated as not having retired

6.  Notwithstanding the provisions of regulation 2 of the Widow's Benefit and Retirement Pensions Regulations F1 ... a person who is not ordinarily resident in Great Britain shall not be entitled to elect that that regulation shall apply in his case.
