UNSOLICITED GOODS AND SERVICES
This Order brings into force on 30th May 1975 section 2(2) of the Unsolicited Goods and Services (Amendment) Act 1975. This replaces section 6(2) of the Unsolicited Goods and Services Act 1971 with a provision that invoices and similar documents will be regarded as asserting a right to payment unless they comply with Regulations made under section 3A of the 1971 Act, as amended.

This Order may be cited as the Unsolicited Goods and Services (Amendment) Act 1975 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1975.
