Citation and commencement
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Industrial Training (Transfer of the Activities of Establishments) (No. 2) Order 1976.
(2) The provisions of this Order shall come into operation:—
(a)for all purposes of Article 3 on 8th November 1976;
(b)for all purposes of Article 4 on 1st January 1977;
(c)for all other purposes on 1st April 1977.
