Secondary transfers
72. Any officer transferred by regulation 70 to the employment of any authority may, within the 2 years following the appointed day, be transferred by the said authority, with the agreement of any other authority, and of the officer, to the employment of that other authority, and regulation 71 shall thereupon apply to such officer as it applies to officers transferred by regulation 70.
