16. In regulation 31(1)(c) of the Social Security (Determination of Claims and Questions) Regulations 1975(1), as amended(2), (review of decisions involving payment or increase of benefit other than industrial injuries benefit) after the words “attendance allowance,” and before the words “a child's special allowance” there shall be inserted the words “an invalid care allowance”.
