Amendment of the Social Security (Hospital In-Patients) Regulations 197511.
(1)
The Social Security (Hospital In-Patients) Regulations 1975, as amended7, shall be further amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.
(2)
In regulation 11 (adjustment of dependency benefit after 52 weeks in hospital) for the words “beneficiary's family”
in paragraphs (2)(iii) and (5)(b)(i), there shall be substituted the word “beneficiary”
.
(3)
In regulation 19 (treatment of age addition) there shall be omitted the words “in his or her family”
.
(4)
In paragraph (e)(iii) of the Schedule, there shall be omitted the words “in his or her family”
